Paladin Overview Released - Deathwing @ 1:53:44 EDT
FrostByte's AvatarAs promised, we continue our run down of World of Warcraft classes with our overview of the Paladin. Like the mage overview yesterday, it covers everything essential, including Soloing, Grouping, PVP and Fun Factor.

A Paladin is mostly a fighter. In the game, he is toughest class of any class to beat, tougher than even the warrior due to his many heals of self invincibility spells. The strength comes at a price however, as the Paladin's DPS is something that nearly all Paladin players cry about. When grouped, a lot of people get frustrated the Paladin's damage output on standard non caster, non undead mobs is right at the bottom of the tree.

Find out what works, and what doesn't for the very popular class:

Read and enjoy!

WoW Pre-order Box Preview - Deathwing @ 2:20:30 EDT
Vinnie has written up a detailed account of the pre-order boxes that will be hitting EB Games shortly. The most interesting thing? Preorder the game by buying the box at your local Ebay store and you'll get a Warcraft 3 Paperback Novel free!

I'll quote a little circle on the front of the box:

BONUS
NEW WARCRAFT
NOVEL INSIDE
see back
for details

The whole front of the box includes the WoW logo at the top which we've seen on the site, and it has like a circular window with a beautiful night elf female to the right in that window taking up most of it. In front of the window to the lower left is a dwarf with a big musket. The thing about the novel is above the dwarf.

Cool huh? Read the rest of what's featured here.

Blizzard has announced that the game will go on sale in Australia and New Zealand at the same time as Korea and North America, further that Australian and New Zealand players will be able to enjoy playing on North American servers, which we’re sure will allow the seasoned MMORPG players out there to breath a sigh of relief.
